Ice ice baby!

Hey Spaneasiers! How is it going? Summer is around the corner and you know it. Even though we want you to study Spanish at home, there’s got to be time to relax as well. That’s why we want to list the best ice cream shops in Madrid. We know you have a sweet tooth!

La Pecera

You won’t believe this! You’ll be getting a fish every time you order an ice cream. It might not sound as delicious as it is. However, don’t hesitate to try it! They are called taiyakis and they come from Japan. Do you dare to try them?

Velarde, 2 / Goya, 56.

Lolo Polos

Are you a big foodie? Then you’ll love this ice cream shop where all ice creams are completely natural. It’s the paradise of fresh fruit! And the shop is so colorful! You won’t leave without taking a picture for Instagram, will you?

Espíritu Santo, 16 / Plaza de Santa Bárbara, 4.

Mamá Elba

This is the cutest ice cream shop ever! It is one of our favorites because you can choose between more that 50 different flavors. They all taste and smell delicious. What’s more, they are always trying to create new flavors.

C/ Cea Bermúdez, 29 / Ruda, 15.

Would you like to create your own ice cream? In Mistura, you choose your favorite flavor and toppings and they prepare an artisanal ice cream in a few minutes. Our recommendations are pistachio ice cream and green tea ice cream. Delicious!

C/ Augusto Figueroa, 5 / Ciudad Rodrigo, 6 / Gran Vía, 15 / Goya, 50.

La Romana

If you are a gelato person, La Romana is here for you. This amazing company established in Italy in 1947 and they have kept the same recipe ever since. Judge for yourself!

C/ San Bernardo, 96 / Paseo de la Habana, 27 / Rosario Pino, 6.

Try them all! It is worth it! If you liked this post, take a look at best places to go out for brunch. We love eating!
