Top 5 beaches in Spain

¡Hi Spaneasiers! How are your Spanish lessons going? Any improvements? We know, learning a new language is always tough but happily summer is coming, and this will give you an extra motivation to successfully complete your Spanish course. What’s more, spending summer in Spain might also be a good reason to choose our school if you want to come and learn Spanish. So today we are going to rank the top 5 beaches in Spain according to Spanish experts:

  1. Ses Illeles Beach, Formentera, Balearic Islands:

Just seeing the turquoise and crystalline waters of this paradisiacal beach of the Balearic Islands is already a pleasure… imagine bathing in them!

  1. Bologna Beach, Cadiz, Andalusia:

Bathing in the incredible waters of the Atlantic Ocean, enjoying the art of kite surfing between waves, visitig the ancient Roman ruins of Baelo Claudia or climbing beautiful and immense white dunes… You can do all this and much more without leaving Bologna Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Andalusia.

  1. Cathedrals Beach, Galicia:

Located on the coast of the province of Lugo, also known as Mariña Lucense, this impressive picture is always among the top ten of the most beautiful beaches in Spain.

  1. Cala Macarela and Macarelleta, Menorca, Balearic Islands:

This is the most photographed and, sometimes, most crowded beach on the island of Menorca. With its soft white and fine sand, its crystalline waters that are as turquoise as the Caribbean ones, this beach has become one of the most popular ones in Spain.

  1. Papagayo Beach, Lanzarote, Canary Islands.

And from the Balearic Islands to the Canary Islands: in Lanzarote. Almost two kilometres of small coves make up the Papagayo beach, a golden sand paradise with transparent waters to enjoy the rays of sun. A short distance from the tourist resort in Playa Blanca, while you relax by lying down on the sand and reading a book, you can also enjoy the views of Lobos Beach or the neighboring Fuerteventura Island.

If you are passionate about the beach like us and want to enjoy activities in this environment, then we have a proposal that we like so much: surfing in Spain. But for the time being good luck with your Spanish course!
